High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
Strong experience required in spaneting and digital spaneting
Previous positions in a managerial spaneting role required
Previous experience in driving digital spaneting agenda with large corporations is a must
Experience in media buy, partnerships, performance spaneting and loyalty spaneting
Expertise in digital tracking and monitoring aspects as well as reporting tools
Communication – Expert - be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and business partners and maintain clear, concise communication
Creativity – Expert - be able to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions
Analytical skills – Expert - be able to understand and analyze data, spanet, industry and customer behavior trends
Market knowledge – Expert - be able to understand spanet and industry trends and keep abreast of changes in competitors, the industry and customer preferences
Project Management – Competent - be able to manage complex projects on time and on budget. They must be able to coordinate the various stakeholders and resolve problems that arise along the way
Data analytical tools – Expert - Proficiency in data analysis tools, like Excel, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly and D3
Strategic thinking – Expert - be able to think strategically to design effective action plans and identify growth opportunities, define clear objectives and measure the results of the campaigns
Problem-solving – Expert - Ability to identify, analyze to find the best solutions by using critical thinking, logic, creativity and communication
Team Work – Expert - Collaborative effort by working with various team seamlessly to provide the highest possible service to guests
