Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects
• Maintain project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• Manage project documentation
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Ensure all departments are following processes and procedures

Skills

• Proficient in conflict management to handle project challenges effectively
• Ability in process mapping to streamline project workflows
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams toward success

Requirements

• 5 years working in aviation maintenance, repair, overhaul setting
• A&P preferred
• Aircraft interior experience preferred
