Drive Safety and Compliance in Aerospace OperationsProject Management Specialist – Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Location: Ogden, UT Full-Time Competitive Pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program (ICBM) at the Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) in Hill Air Force Base, UT. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, collaborating with Air Force personnel and leadership.
What You’ll DoDevelop, implement, and assess EHS management systems to meet U.S. Air Force standards.
Lead interactions with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct worksite audits, inspections, and safety evaluations to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Facilitate training and education programs to enhance workplace safety and regulatory adherence.
Manage hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal in line with environmental regulations.
Provide expert guidance on industrial hygiene assessments, including chemical handling, ventilation, noise, and ergonomic safety.
Support facility and equipment design reviews for safety compliance.
Investigate incidents, develop corrective action plans, and ensure best practices are followed.
Assist in the oversight of contractor and vendor EHS compliance at the site.
What You BringRequired Skills & Experience:
Expertise in ordnance operations, ionizing/non-ionizing radiation, and laser safety.
Strong knowledge of occupational safety protocols including fall protection, machine guarding, confined space safety, and electrical safety.
Experience managing crane systems, forklifts, and elevated work platforms within an industrial environment.
Understanding of environmental safety practices related to hazardous waste management, air quality, and hazardous materials handling.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $67.00 per hour
