Responsibilities:
- Build relationships, gain commitment from a variety of working groups, and analyze critical data
- Plan for the certification of the 737 MAX - 7 and -10 program.
- Work with key functional stakeholders and managers to lead the integration of program gates, deliverables and key activities across all airplane product and production system value streams and scenario-plan to evaluate program risks and opportunities.
- Identify Program risk and opportunity potential, and work with technical SME to develop mitigation plan
- Facilitate and ensure integration of program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes and techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
- Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Perform integration of highly complex program plans, horizontally and vertically, across engineering functions, suppliers and partners
- Identify, analyze and report performance variances to leadership
- Collect and integrate statement of work from multi-functional value stream subject matter experts
- Manage MAX Development Tier 0 Program plans following the Enterprise Standard Gated Proces
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree combined with 10 + years of relevant work experience; or Masters Degree combined with 8 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong analytical skills.
- 5+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects
- 5+ years of experience performing in a scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, project management or business operations role
- 5+ years of experience working in a dynamic work environment, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, developing and presenting recommendations to the executive level and leading high-level projects for Executives or Sr Leadership
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Preferred Skills
- Integrated Scheduling tool suite, including but not limited to: Open Plan Professional, Milestone Professional, JIRA, Microsoft project and Engineering Tracking and Control ( ETAC),
