What you’ll need to bring with you:
Your Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Leadership or Aircraft related field preferred
Holds a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
Aircraft specific factory training required
Your Experience:
10+ years in Aircraft Maintenance, with management experience in building and leading world-class operations and organizations
Working knowledge of Corridor, Cost Accounting Management, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and similar type desktop software applications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, along with budget and forecasting experience.
Experience with various models Textron aircraft
LEAN, Six Sigma and 5S experience preferred

This work will be accomplished in both a hangar environment and office environment.

Computer operating with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Corridor (work orders) and scheduling programs.
Desk phone and cell phone and other office equipment.
