Pay Rate: $60.18 per hour
Drive Impact Across Complex Aerospace ProgramsPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a dynamic Program Management professional ready to take ownership of high-visibility aerospace programs. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams through complex challenges, ensuring program success from concept to delivery while building the experience needed to advance into senior leadership roles.

What You’ll DoAs a Program Management professional, you’ll be at the center of execution, strategy, and collaboration:
- Lead or support sustaining program activities including delivery assurance, obsolescence management, inventory optimization, and AOG support
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and milestones with minimal oversight
- Monitor program performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements, cost targets, and quality standards
- Serve as a key interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Drive corrective actions and recovery plans to address risks and challenges
- Support business development efforts with program management insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align staffing, resources, and program objectives
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Support all phases of the program lifecycle—from development through production and product launch
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience (or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Proven ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally in complex environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, including customer-facing experience
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or 2-year business degree
- Program Management Institute certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Gantt charts)
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems

Pay Details: $60.18 per hour
