This role will shape and deliver the technology roadmap that supports seamless flight purchases. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers can complete their bookings with ease and confidence.Responsibilities:Vision & StrategyDefine and maintain the business vision and roadmap for the Digital Checkout product experience.Ensure the roadmap aligns with Delta’s digital strategy and customer experience goals.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, UX, etc.) to gather and refine requirements.Align product goals with broader enterprise objectives.Execution & DeliveryTranslate business needs into usable, scalable, and reliable solutions.Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Identify and manage dependencies across other agile teams.Communication & ReportingProvide regular updates on roadmap progress to leaders and stakeholders.Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.Ideal Candidate Traits:Curious and creative problem-solver.Strong communicator and collaborator.Experience in digital product management, especially in e-commerce or travel tech.Comfortable working in agile environments.
