You will own the vision, strategy and delivery of easyJet’s Martech and Customer Data Platform, leading a multi-domain mission that underpins identity, segmentation, activation and orchestration across digital channels. Leading several Product Owners, you’ll ensure all domains align to deliver a cohesive, scalable ecosystem of tools that enable operational excellence, marketing performance, and strategic growth.
Your focus will be on driving measurable impact: balancing customer value, technical feasibility, data integrity, and business priorities, while creating clarity and cohesion across complex cross-team initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Define and own the vision, target state and roadmap for the complete Marketing Technology stack, ensuring capabilities drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes
Own the Customer Identity domain strategy, ensuring identity, consent and profile capabilities enable trusted, scalable engagement across digital and CRM channels
Own activation and orchestration strategy, ensuring segmentation and engagement capabilities are coherent, scalable and aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.
Lead and coach several Product Owners, ensuring aligned priorities, shared outcomes and consistent execution.
Design and evolve customer journey frameworks and canvases across the easyJet group, ensuring consistency across commercial and operational touchpoints.
Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, etc.) through the product development lifecycle and dependency management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Martech products.
Partner with engineering, merchandising, UX, and data to discover, define, and deliver high-value solutions.
Continuously improve the user experience of Martech products by gathering user feedback, conducting usability testing, and iterating on product features.
Translate complex, multi-domain problems into clear objectives, phased milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Foster strong product thinking, autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
Ensure the ecosystem is scalable, resilient, and ready to support real-time operational and marketing use cases.
Leverage new and emerging technologies, AI and tooling to ensure the easyJet Martech stack is always future facing and has automation as it’s heart for efficient scaling.
Provide clear communication about product updates, benefits (value), and usage to stakeholders, and organise training sessions to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
