Mentoring and coaching is necessary for this role, as it is important for every team member to understand the “why” and be able to see the bigger picture, strategy, and vision. The Operations Leader role requires strong communication skills as this position will not only provide work direction to the team, but also provide communication across all shifts as well as include status/commits to Customers, Program Managers, Product Center Leaders, and more.
