Join our Fort Worth manufacturing team as a Multi-functional Manufacturing Supervisor. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily production goals by planning, sequencing, and assigning tasks to achieve quality, cost, and schedule targets. You’ll ensure our operations are optimized, safe, and efficient, contributing directly to mission success.

What You Will Be Doing
• Daily Oversight: Plan, sequence, and assign work activities, ensuring alignment with production goals and objectives.
• Quality and Compliance: Accountable for quality, cost, and schedule within your area, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 processes and standards.
• Training and Certification: Oversee employee on-the-job training (OJT), certification, and compliance training, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead 6S and other improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• People Leadership: Motivate employees, manage performance, and provide feedback. Apply disciplinary measures in accordance with company-union agreements, if necessary.
• Shift Flexibility: While assigned to a specific shift, you may be asked to transfer shifts to support production needs as required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
