Job Title:     Module Shop Supervisor - 1st Shift

Position Type:    Regular Full Time – 1stShift
Position Description:    
The basic function is to oversee daily operations in the Module shop. Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure employees are productive and observing schedule   
- Relaying information and updates to employees
- Tracking and maintaining engine build status
- Informing management of any parts requirements that may cause delays in production processes.
- Communicating with the Quality Control Department through the inspection process so as to avoid delays.
- Expediting any project on the production floor where necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the disassembly and build of engine modules.
- At minimum, Powerplant License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hold a valid US driver’s license   
- Knowledgeable in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
- Available for flexible hours and weekends
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have good customer service skills
- Knowledgeable of common warehouse practices a plus
Language Skills:
- Must have the ability to read, write and understand spoken English.    
- Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.    
- Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed primarily in a shop environment and maintenance setting.    The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
