In this role you will:
- Consult with internal clients at all levels to understand change management needs and provide recommendations for appropriate levels of change management support.
- Work directly with change leaders, change sponsors and project managers to assess the potential impacts of change and to identify relevant strategies and tactics and related recommendations to address change management needs.
- Build relationships with key partners to leverage their expertise and create an integrated and coordinated approach to providing change management support.
- Assess readiness for change and bring forward strategies and interventions to address potential gaps.
- Assess and monitor change risks and work with change leaders to develop and implement mitigation approaches.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our service delivery model, including our methodology and tools, and support continued capability development and learning of change leaders across the company.
- Provide guidance to external consultants to support their efforts in delivering change management services internally, including adherence to our common methodology and language for talking about change.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Deep subject matter expertise and experience with change management methodologies and practices, ideally accompanied by change management certification and including: stakeholder assessment, change impact assessment, change strategy development, communications planning and delivery, training needs assessment and related content development and planning, change readiness, and user adoption.
- 7&43; years’ progressive change management experience, including experience in leading and managing organization-wide change initiatives.
- Bilingual (English and French), a strong asset.
- Agile Transformation experience. Agile certification is an asset.
- Presentation and facilitation experience at all levels, and especially at the leadership level.

Working Conditions:
- This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
