As a member of the Operations Digital Product team at Air Canada, you will lead the strategic evolution of digital mobility across the operations network. Your leadership will shape future-state mobility practices that drive operational excellence, elevate the employee and customer experience, and enable new levels of efficiency across both above-the-wing and below-the-wing activities.

Responsibilities: 

    Define and drive the long-term digital product vision for airport mobility, ensuring alignment with strategic operational goals and evolving business needs.Lead enterprise-level initiatives that transform operational workflows and mobility practices through the introduction of innovative digital solutions.Develop and manage a comprehensive mobility roadmap that supports network-wide harmonization and future-state operational models.Influence operational strategies, investment planning, and technology adoption across airport operations to enhance mobility capabilities.Establish and monitor strategic KPIs—such as on-time performance (OTP), customer NPS, employee NPS, and productivity—to measure and improve outcomes related to mobility initiatives.Act as the senior point of engagement with airport leadership and senior executives for all matters related to digital mobility initiatives.Mentor and guide product teams involved in airport mobility, fostering a culture of innovation, empowerment, and continuous learning.Drive the utilization of next-gen tools in creating new products
Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or relevant operations experience.Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.Deep operational understanding of airport functions, including both above-the-wing and below-the-wing environments.Outstanding leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated success in driving digital product development and delivering impactful solutions.Solid knowledge of digital technologies, emerging trends, and user experience design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Result-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving product success and achieving business objectives.A passion for building future-ready operational solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences.Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
