Overview

Job Summary 

 

Responsible for revenue generation in assigned territory.  Promotes United Rotorcraft products and services to generate prospects and nurture these to qualified sales opportunities.  Executes the sales strategy in concert with United Rotorcraft’s strategic marketing plan.  Establishes and maintains relationships with decision makers and influencers for customers and strategic partners.

 

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following.   

 

  • Develop and execute strategies to prospect and promote United Rotorcraft products and services to meet customer requirements and generate qualified sales opportunities. 
  •  
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for proposals. Lead proposal efforts with assistance from the Commercial Manager and Sales Engineer, including work scope development, technical specifications, pricing, and proposal compliance.  Comply with all company policies and federal, local, and international regulations regarding proposal approvals, submittals, and export. 
  •  
  • Provide insights and inputs to the development of United Rotorcraft’s annual financial and strategic marketing plan.  This includes providing estimates of market potential for all relevant customers in assigned territory. 
  •  
  • Manage customer and sales pipeline information in Salesforce with up to date customer contact information, sales pipeline details, and active campaign information. 
  •  
  • Attend industry trade shows and symposiums as United Rotorcrafts representative. 
  •  
  • Evaluate customer requirements, industry regulations, and trends to ensure United Rotorcraft / Air Methods remains innovative, proactive, and in a leadership role.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and 15 years’ manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum ten (10) years management experience  
  • General knowledge of aviation and workplace regulations that pertain to the Company’s business activities. 
  • Knowledge and Experience with U.S. State and local contracting and acquisition regulations. 
  • Experience with Government Contracting and contract execution.

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines 
  • Demonstrates high critical thinking and reasoning skills and strong attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment that requires ability to prioritize and multi-task  and meet deadlines

Pay Range
USD $98,625.00 - USD $147,900.00 /Yr.
