As an MSP Operations IT Program Manager for Aerospace Technologies BGA Afterspanet at Honeywell, your role involves leading MSP enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and / or operational excellence. You will work with the MSP Operations Team (Avionics/Components, Claims and Engines/APUs) to prioritize and justify MSP IT enhancements, update or develop KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MSP enhancements. You will report to the Sr. Director of MSP Operations and work mainly with teams in Phoenix and Mexicali, with occasional interaction with Europe/APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scorecards and schedules for MSP enhancement projects.
- Secure project funding and developing schedules with IT teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate system enhancements.
- Execute improvement projects to enhance customer and MSP performance metrics.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical MSP reporting/systems.
- Partner with IT teams supporting systems like SAP, SFDC, Portal, and phone systems.
- Provide monthly performance summaries and scorecard/metric reports.
- Conduct weekly meetings to review schedules, commitments, and barriers to execution.
- Identify and resolve issues with existing projects or manual workarounds.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Support, Program Management, or Engineering.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in support management tools and systems like SAP, SFDC, Portal, and phone systems.
- Ability to manage complex operations and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Diverse background in engineering, operations, quality, planning, procurement, and customer-facing roles.
