As a Line Maintenance Manager, you will directly manage manpower and schedules to achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and productive station. You will be responsible for resolving employee and customer questions and issues that may arise in a timely manner, overseeing all aircraft maintenance work to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations, and ensuring the proper storage and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.

• Oversee all aircraft maintenance work to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor the stations asset needs.

• Possession of an Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
• At least five years of previous line maintenance experience.
• Strong team leadership skills.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
