Tasks- Manage large customer accounts and Open Loop product contracts
- Oversee P&L, cost control, analysis & reporting
- Negotiate contract amendments with sales and internal stakeholders
- Drive product/process improvements and solve complex challenges
- Collaborate on contract adjustments with business units
- Provide written/verbal reports to customers and Aircraft Component Services management
- Document processes and ensure procedural compliance
- Ensure revenue and margin growth; prepare offers/business plans
- Implement sales campaigns and customer satisfaction measures
- Support key customers, coordinate ACS
- Build strong customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities
- Optimize service provision, ensure contract compliance
- Manage national/international customer communication

RequirementsThe ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Business Administration
- 8+ years in customer relations/Customer facing / client servicing role, preferably in technical customer service/sales in Aviation/ Aerospace/MRO)
- Need a legal work permit to work in location
- Advanced Excel, SAP a plus
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Intercultural competency
- Strong English communication skills
- Creative and proactive approach to work
- Able to work independently and take initiative
