We are looking for an Junior Project Manager, who will establish the guidelines to ensure the fulfillment of the Directorate’s strategic vision, manage the global performance evaluation model across the supply chain, and lead the implementation of internal logistics projects. This role will also act as the primary liaison for initiatives developed in collaboration with other areas, with the aim of optimizing processes and meeting service standards across the supply chain.

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and/or transportation companies.
• Proven experience in KPI development and performance evaluation.
• Experience managing suppliers and conducting performance evaluations.

Responsibilities:

• Turn the Operations Directorate’s strategies into actionable initiatives, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure the correct and timely execution of strategic guidelines.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate operational performance.
• Establish continuous improvement systems to optimize processes and minimize areas of opportunity.
• Lead and coordinate the implementation of logistics projects through structured work plans, ensuring proper follow-up, evaluation of results, and operational benefits.
• Act as the operational liaison with the Corporate Security Directorate in defining and reviewing projects aimed at ensuring cargo security throughout the complete process of reception, documentation, loading, transportation, and final delivery.
