Tasks
As an intern, you will support our team in driving the strategic development of our segment and contributing to key projects aligned with our long-term goals. You will be part of a dynamic team and gain in-depth insight into one of Lufthansa Technik’s most international business segments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the tracking of strategic goal achievement
- Assist in product management and strategic development of our services
- Contribute to internal strategic communication initiatives
- Lead sub-projects
- Provide ad-hoc support in the preparation of business plans, decision-making paper, spanet-, competitor- and customer-analyses, as well as the planning and moderation of workshops

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you should be at least in your sixth semester of a degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, IT management, or a related field.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel, including internationally
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Fast comprehension, sound judgment, and a high level of objectivity
- Strong creativity, proactive mindset, and a high sense of responsibility
