We are looking for a IT Risk Management Jr. Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, collaborative individual who understands how to build and implement an IT Risk Management program within GAM, executing key initiatives to improve ISO 27001 compliance maturity, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to regulatory IT risk requirements, and developing GRC methodologies and technologies to support effective remediation aligned with the organization’s risk posture.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience across IT risk management, compliance, information security, and related IT functions, leading initiatives to identify business and technology risks, implement security controls, and monitor mitigation strategies
- Proven experience managing risk, compliance, and security gaps through corrective and preventive action plans within formal management systems
- Experience developing and implementing IT risk management programs, including fostering cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, HR, operations, and other stakeholders
- Hands-on experience establishing and maturing third-party risk management processes, including initial assessments and continuous monitoring
- Experience driving business continuity planning processes and ensuring regular updates and reviews of continuity plans
- Experience advising stakeholders and promoting awareness of IT risk, compliance, and security across the organization
Skills to succeed:
- Strong knowledge of IT environments, including information security and cloud-based architectures, with the ability to map risks and controls across systems and business processes
- Familiarity with GRC platforms and the ability to design and implement risk frameworks from the ground up using a risk-based approach
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27005, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, MAGERIT, and PCI DSS v4.0
- Ability to drive innovative IT risk and compliance solutions, enabling efficiencies and cross-functional improvements aligned with business needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams, build risk and compliance communities, and influence organizational risk culture
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
