Project Management Specialist
Location: Ogden, UT Full-Time Competitive Pay: $36.34 - $45.43 per hour
Support Critical Aerospace & Defense OperationsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) at Hill Air Force Base, UT, contributing to the maintenance and operations of state-of-the-art nuclear hardness test labs. This role is essential in ensuring facility readiness, supporting government stakeholders, and managing operational logistics for mission-critical defense programs.
What You’ll DoAssist the Facility Manager with site projects, upgrades, and operational support.
Provide daily escorting support for subcontractors, suppliers, and government personnel.
Conduct routine site support activities, including maintenance of facilities, vehicle fleet checks, and material management.
Interface with US Air Force stakeholders to ensure facility compliance and operational readiness.
Maintain accurate digital records of site activities, work orders, and facility management tasks.
Monitor and update project schedules, reports, and deliverables to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
Support inventory and supply management, ensuring necessary materials are available for test operations.
Participate in status reporting, milestone reviews, and subcontractor tracking to support efficient project execution.
What You BringRequired Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for project documentation and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-security environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Facility Management, Test & Evaluation, Test Planning, or Project Management.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous exposure to government or defense-related projects is a plus.
