Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Fuselage Ready Task Manager is responsible for managing andcoordinating all activities necessary to prepare the fuselage for installationwithin the aircraft build program. This role ensures proper sequencing,material availability, and alignment with production timelines across structuralinstallations, systems routing, OEM component removals, floor pallet and linerprep, wire routing, and insulation installation. The manager acts as theprimary liaison between Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teamsto remove obstacles, maintain focus on priorities, and ensure the phase meetsmilestone readiness targets.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Leadand coordinate all activities related to fuselage readiness in support of theaircraft program.

2. Managesequencing and status of tasks including structural installations, electricaland systems routing, OEM component removals, floor modifications, andinsulation.

3. Collaborateclosely with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Productionteams to ensure materials and labor are aligned for smooth workflow.

4. Facilitateand lead daily coordination meetings to maintain alignment and address issues.

5. Trackphase progress, identify blockers, and escalate risks proactively to maintainschedule integrity.

6. Communicatephase status, milestones, and issues regularly to Production Leads andexecutive leadership.

7. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance phaseefficiency.

8. Ensureproper documentation of lessons learned and process changes for futureimprovements.

9. Maintaina calm and professional leadership presence in a fast-paced, detail-drivenproduction environment.

10. Performother duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:

1. Highschool diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturingexperience preferred.

2. 3+ yearsin aircraft production, planning, or operations support preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Knowledgeof aircraft build processes, especially fuselage structure, systems routing,and production phases.

2. Highlyorganized and detail-oriented to manage complex schedules, materials, andworkflows.

3. Strongleadership and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings andcoordinating cross-department efforts.

4. Effectiveproblem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues before impacting production.

5. Collaborativemindset to work seamlessly with Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering,and Production.

6. Decisiveand able to make informed decisions quickly to maintain progress.

7. Calmand professional under pressure in high-urgency environments.

8. Accountability-driven,owns the phase, and ensures work is completed on time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires a consistent floor presence in the aircraftproduction area, including hangars, warehouse zones, and staging areas. Must beable to navigate between departments to monitor tasks and drive coordination.Exposure to variable temperatures, noise, and movement of aircraft and parts isexpected. Occasional outdoor exposure is required while interacting with fieldpersonnel or inspecting readiness conditions.
