POSITION SUMMARY:
Fabrication Task Manager is responsible for managing andcoordinating all activities related to monument fabrication, integration, andreadiness throughout the aircraft build process. This includes overseeing thefabrication of monument shells, panel assemblies, finish application,upholstery, systems and harness installation, and preparing monuments for finalinstallation. The role ensures that each monument progresses through allrequired steps in the correct sequence and is delivered on time to support theoverall production schedule. This manager collaborates closely with Planning,Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to remove blockers, maintainalignment, and track monument progress. The position also participates inmonument reviews and drives continuous process improvement efforts.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Leadand coordinate all fabrication, preparation, and readiness activities formonuments.
2. Overseesequencing of shell assembly, panel fabrication, finish shop work, and finalmonument assembly.
3. Workwith Systems, Upholstery, and Avionics teams to ensure timely installation ofsystems and harnesses onto monuments.
4. Monitorparts availability and coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to preventdelays.
5. Participatein daily coordination meetings and communicate phase status to the broaderteam.
6. Trackprogress of monuments through fabrication, assembly, and final preparation.
7. Attendmonument reviews to ensure accuracy, readiness, and alignment with designintent.
8. Ensuredownstream teams receive complete monuments and ready for installation.
9. Driveresolution of any blockers impacting monument progress.
10. Provideregular updates to Production Leads and Executive Leadership on status andissues.
11. Suggestand implement improvements to enhance production flow, quality, and efficiency.
12. Maintaincomposure and organization in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
13. Performother duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, ETC:
1. High school diploma or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years in aircraft interiors, monumentfabrication, production coordination, or operations support preferred.
3. Understanding monument fabrication including upholstery,avionics, and interior systems is highly desirable.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires a consistent floor presence in the aircraftproduction area, including hangars, warehouse zones, and staging areas. Must beable to navigate between departments to monitor tasks and drive coordination.Exposure to variable temperatures, noise, and movement of aircraft and parts isexpected. Occasional outdoor exposure is required while interacting with fieldpersonnel or inspecting readiness conditions.

INTRODUCTORYPERIOD

Comlux shall periodically review yourperformance and ability to perform each of the essential functions of yourposition identified above prior to the expiration of the probationaryperiod. If you fail to pass the performance review or display behavioralissues or fail to meet expectations for reporting to work on time as scheduled,you shall be considered as having failed to qualify for continued employmentduring the probationary period, in which case Comlux shall be entitled toimmediately terminate your employment.
