Job Title: Director of Maintenance
Job DescriptionAs the Director of Maintenance, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Part 145 Repair Station, prioritizing safety above all. You will lead the team, manage shop schedules, optimize workflows, oversee work orders, communicate with clients, and maintain quality control at a single shop location. Reporting directly to the president, you will develop and implement strategic objectives, operating plans, and policies that guarantee aircraft integrity and fiscal responsibility while fostering a culture of excellence aligned with our core values.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team with safety as the top priority.
- Manage shop schedules and optimize workflow.
- Oversee work orders and ensure quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Report directly to the president and develop strategic objectives.
- Implement operating plans and policies.
- Ensure aircraft integrity and fiscal responsibility.
- Maintain a culture of excellence aligned with core values.
Essential Skills- Maintenance management
- Aircraft maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A and P certification preferred
- IA certification preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in aviation
- Previous experience as Director of Maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station strongly preferred
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $195000.00/yr.
