Lead a large organization of managers, supervisors, engineers and operators who support the manufacturing Honeywells world-class afterspanet machine shop. You will leverage your extensive manufacturing experience and leadership skills to lead manufacturing teams into the next waive of advance manufacturing processes. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality across a complex Honeywell Aerospace production facilities. Through your leadership of cross functional teams, you will develop strategy, hold teams accountable and drive continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will coach, manage and mentor leaders to deliver high impact business results.
