Digital Site Relationship Manager – Contract – 9 Months - Filton
About Your Role:
As the Digital Site Relationship Manager, you will enable the operational delivery and shape the Digital Strategy. The Site Relationship Manager works as the strategic interface between the Digital function and the site. The Digital Site Relationship Manager is a key representative of the Digital function towards Operations for support of Digital solutions, product development, business process analysis, solution definition and customer relations.
Your role will include;
- Establishing and nurturing a strong and trustful relationship with the site
- Manage Digital Stakeholder Management for the site, being the focal point for all Digital activities and building a local view of the Digital Strategy
- The Digital Site Relationship Manager leads a local Digital Community with the other Digital domains and Digital leaders in Operations . You are responsible for building and maintaining the overall Digital roadmap for the site with the site management.
- You will ensures a full alignment with the leaders of the other Digital teams supporting the site for Digital topics: ERP/SAP, Digital Workplace, Network & Infrastructure etc. and leads the site multifunctional team
About You:
With a background in IT, your experience and skills may include;
- Broad knowledge of Digital products, organisation & processes.
- Experience working in an industrial operations environment.
- Knowledge of Digital tools & applications used in Operations.
- Knowledge of cyber security practices
- Stakeholder management skills & experience.
