This role is responsible for customer service of Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbo Fan new spare parts business for our critical and strategic customers.
What You Will Do:
Management and timely support of large, complex, & high-volume customer DTO.
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through frequent communications (email, phone calls, onsite customer support.)
Manage all aspects of customer order management to fulfill customer requirements on time
Daily interface with other teams in the organization (Planning & Forecasting, Finance, Delivery Assurance, etc.)
Identify and communicate/escalate critical part requirements for airline customers & shops
Support regional manager with escalation and ensure timely resolution of customer request on a global basis.
Support general customer operational issues related to spare parts
Engage with customers on a weekly basis in support of organizational sales goals
Up to 10 travel
What You Will Learn:
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience to include commercial airlines business, customer service or engineering or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include commercial airlines business, customer service or engineering
Knowledge of engine and part nomenclature, engine maintenance and overhaul procedures
Experience supporting continuous improvement projects
Microsoft office experience

Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Data Mining experience
Frequent collaboration in a team environment; should also be able to work independently
Highly adaptable in fast faced and evolving industry
SAP experience

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
