Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Corporate Communications Manager to become a key member of our Corporate Communications team, shaping our messaging, driving visibility, and making our story resonate – both within our company and to the outside world. And that could be you! Curious what your responsibilities would look like?
- You create and execute comprehensive communication plans and projects that align with the company’s goals, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and effectiveness follow-up.
- Every day brings a new challenge, as you can work your magic on a variety of strategic topics: think of new aircraft that join our fleet, exciting destinations that are added to our network, new products that we offer on board, the reveal of a new Belgian Icon, the celebration and promotion of our partnerships with Tomorrowland, the Red Devils, Beobank, .. Sensitive topics are of course also part of the job: think for instance of the effect of geopolitical issues on our operations.
- You develop high-quality content for various platforms tailored to the specific target audience, including intranet articles, videos, podcasts, LinkedIn posts, speeches, and press releases & Q&A’s for our spokespersons.
- You keep the internal corporate news channels updated, make sure employees find their way to the right internal information, and follow up with external technical providers to guarantee we can offer the best digital user experience possible.
- You inspire and celebrate our people and our culture, by telling the coolest employer branding stories, together with Marketing & HR.
- You provide senior executives with advice on strategic communication topics, and position them internally via different formats (dialogue sessions, townhalls, ...).
- You provide communications training and support to our internal communications champions, who are empowered to tell stories about their work and achievements on dedicated internal channels.

Where do you land?
You’ll be part of the Corporate Communications team, consisting of 6 passionate and talented communication professionals. The team continuously builds and protects the corporate reputation for sustainable growth, and is dedicated to internal communications, external communications and corporate events. As a member of Lufthansa Group, the team is closely connected to the corporate communications department of the Group as well!
You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Communications, and work closely together with our C-level, HR, Marketing, Operations and many other important stakeholders.
Your profile

- bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, .. or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field;
- Proven ability to mix strategic communication skills with a clear hands-on mentality; able to create and implement successful communication projects with multiple deadlines;
- Excellent writing & storytelling skills in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus;
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage challenging situations with discretion and professionalism;
- Digital native: proficiency with different digital communication tools and platforms (CMS, ..);
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a sense for creating synergies and win-wins;
- Enthusiastic, positive self-starter & team player with commitment to excellence.
