PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to support an aerospace industry leader committed to redefining aerospace through innovation and excellence. This role plays a vital part in overseeing complex contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance, and guiding junior professionals, all while safeguarding the organization’s interests.
What Youll Be Doing:Draft, review, and manage complex contract documents and proposals in line with company objectives
Lead negotiations and manage customer communications to ensure accurate and favorable contract fulfillment
Interpret legal documentation and provide counsel on contract law, warranty matters, and intellectual property
Advise internal stakeholders on risk, compliance, and contractual strategy
Oversee contract administration, including tracking and historical documentation
Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality output aligned with business goals
Represent the company in legal and contractual discussions, with oversight from legal counsel as needed
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of contracts and legal protections
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant contract management experience
(or an Advanced degree and 5 years of experience; 11 years without a degree)
Deep knowledge of contract law, negotiation practices, and compliance
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Familiarity with intellectual property rights and data use agreements

Pay Details: $63.96 per hour
