Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Supply Base Management Specialist (Level 2) to join our Supply Chain (SC) Work Movement team in Everett, WA.

The Associate Work Movement Project Management Specialist will facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. They will monitor supplier quality and delivery performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities. They will develop and execute supply base work movement plans and integrates with customers, program and commodity stakeholders.

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.  The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
  • Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
  • Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
  • Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
  • Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
     

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 
  • 1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 
  • 1+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts 
  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product) 
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects
  • 3+ years of experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 80,100 - $ 93,100
