Assoc CoBrand Portfolio Program Manager
Job Summary
The Associate CoBrand Portfolio Manager will support the CoBrand portfolio team in product development to deliver account growth, improved Debit Active Rate and increased spend. This Associate will support the strategy that includes benefits refresh and all related new product evolution including launch planning and Go to Market efforts that drive to reach sales goals. The role will have a broad responsibility in supporting the portfolio team goals such as member engagement, program development, and experiential, will support expansion of a Third-party vendor specializing in email deployment and trigger communications, while working cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure continued growth in an award-winning and multi-billion-dollar program.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy which could include both a portfolio program refresh of benefits and all related new product evolution including launch planning and Go to Market efforts that drive to reach sales goals.
- Support program engagement by managing the tactical needs our Third Party vendor expansion to deliver with more personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing messaging, to improve Debit Active Rate, Campaign engagement
- Develop skills to reach team SME for Workfront and be the POC between CoBrand and CPM, as well as tactical SME for Third Party vendor expansion
- Assists with the implementation of marketing campaigns, delivered via email, social media, cardmember statements, call center initiatives, and digital properties.
- Support portfolio team with all Cardmember offers, communications, and creative execution via Workfront, MRM, Brand Central, Wrike, Capgemini and Partner review.
- Communicate channel plans along with pivots and impacts to portfolio team and leaders.
- Track campaign performance and effectively communicate to program team.Manages established timelines and communicates program status and campaign results to portfolio team members.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to inspire and influence, collaborate, and gain alignment.
- Create and own the Cardmembers library of initiatives.
- Own program footnote library ensuring consistent with partner library. Leading bi-annual audits of footnotes.
- Lead bi-annual partner audits of MCC in support of Card benefits.
- Lead brand updates of trademarks across SWA/Chase inclusive of internal audits.
- Lead Customer Experience/CS&S quarterly reviews to share campaigns and receive Customer facing feedback.
- Supports Cardmember experiential marketing programs with creative reviews, QC and attendee pre and post event communications along with retrospectives of who attended.
- Support CoBrand PR initiatives with GTM support.
- Support by reporting basic KPIs and campaign performance out to the portfolio team

Required
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
u00B7 Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
- Customer marketing
- Portfolio management
- Digital product marketing, to include online email and/or direct mail
Licensing/Certification

Pay
- Competitive market rate from $45.00 per hour to $56.00 hour* depending on qualifications and experience.
Assignment Length
- This contract is a twelve-month assignment, and the duration may be modified based on business need.
