The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Airplane Management Team Specialist to support the Regulatory Administration Team in Everett, WA. This team works with many Boeing engineering teams and the FAA to complete all required certification work statement in support of airplane delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
- Airplane risk management; Type Inspection Authorization (TIA) coordination and approval; and attaining the Aircraft Certification-Eligibility (AC-E) for all airplane.
- Collaborates closely with Field teams, and Engineering Operations to coordinate schedules and to ensure evaluations on changes to type design are complete.
- Negotiates updates to required changes in order to ensure regulatory acceptance and compliance with certification basis.
- Gathers data from multiple sources (e.g. engineering, foreign validation teams, cert websites such as ACTS, DCCS, CAPTO, ETAC, RADAR, Flight Operations MBF), to ensure form requirements are met, validates for accuracy and consolidates inputs to generate all AC-E related records.
- Assists in the development of corrective action methods and principles to resolve problems that affect regulatory oversight.
- Develops project plans to improve AC-E related processes and tools.
- Works with the lead, subject matter experts and other affected parties (internal and external to Reg Admin), to implement plan(s) to continuously improve the performance of certification tasks that support AC-E.
- Participates in the development of training materials and supports training in the use of new processes and tools.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- 1+ years of experience with project management and/or integration.
- Experience with project management and self-managing projects.
- Experience in a role that required a strong attention to details.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range Associate: $73,950 - $100,050
