Job Title : Assistant Station Manager

Overview: Join our team as an Assistant Station Manager, where youll lead maintenance operations, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with FAA and environmental regulations. This role is key to maintaining safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction at the station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower and scheduling to meet operational goals.
- Oversee aircraft maintenance for safety and FAA compliance.
- Address employee and customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials per environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
- Monitor and manage station assets.
Qualifications:
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- 5+ years of line maintenance experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
