Role Introduction
Reports To: Global Total Rewards Manager
The job holder supports the Global Total Rewards Manager in developing the global total rewards programmes across multiple locations, to ensure the right rewards framework and tools are in place in the Company, effectively incentivise and recognise high performance to support the Company to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Rewards programmes design and management
- Contribute to the design and delivery of competitive total rewards programmes that are aligned across all spanets and are in compliance with country specific legal requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of employee compensation and benefits and retirement programmes in all jurisdictions by managing and evaluating data submission and spanet trends.
- Support the design and implementation of Group incentives, including individual employee eligibility and special cases review and coordination, project and stakeholder management across internal working groups globally including subsidiaries.
- Support job evaluation, grading review, compensation and benefits benchspaning exercises, spanet analyses and other cost modelling to ensure pay and grading is appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of jobs, and the remuneration practices are promoting sound and effective risk management and supporting our business objectives.
- Manage the renewal of different subscription and services contracts and benefit schemes by reviewing the renewal terms and liaising with vendors and services providers on renewal processes and assist in tasks related to employee benefits / services budget and expenses management.
- Provide support for manager including ad-hoc analysis and modelling/ material preparation, review of all temporary and permanent reward change submissions across all employee groups.
Total rewards advisory and operations
- Support the manager to provide COE advice on rewards matters, supporting the business to acquire, motivate, retain talent, and support labour and industrial relations whilst adhering to global guidelines.
- Provide support on global job evaluation, including BAU salary benchspaning for new positions or changed roles, and ad-hoc job evaluation exercise, manage impact analyses and implementation planning.
- Support managers on day-to-day rewards operations, ensuring data integrity in HR systems.
- Support in planning, analysis and implementation of total rewards or other HR initiatives and projects across teams as assigned.
Management of annual compensation cycle
- Support in planning and managing annual salary structure and spanet range review.
- Conduct regular pay and benefits benchspaning exercises, spanet analyses and other cost modelling.
- Support the regular salary review, discretionary bonus, and profit share scheme processes, including planning, modelling, and implementation.
- Support the annual compensation management cycle, including the compensation management technology system and any releases, enhancements, or improvements.
- Support and manage flexible benefits annual enrolment process.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Organisational Psychology or business-related discipline
- Minimum 6 years working experience as in-house HR professional and/or in HR consultancy preferably in multinational / multi-geography organisations with 4 -5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and rewards.
- Well-versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong, and other regions around the world will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently, following tight deadlines and an agile approach.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Total Rewards Manager.
