Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviewing & raising work orders of advisories/CNRs/AMRs/ troubleshooting released from OEM
• Oil consumption and SMR monitoring
• MCC coordination for fault observed during line operations and taking up with OEM
• LLP alignment in AMOS as per current AWL and revisions as and when issued
• Monitoring recurring inspections post SV/ DICA/EAs inspections and aligning MPB/ SB inspections
• Administration & monitoring of On-going Service Bulletins in AMOS
• Monitoring BSI and tracking critical BSI with line maintenance. Sharing data with OEM
• Reviewing Post shop visit Documents & used lease engine and aligning data in AMOS for forecasting purpose
• Sharing Shop Induction documents and sorting the discrepancies received from OEM
• Co-ordination with all the shops for detailed On-going Inspections/components acceptance/approval for installation/replacement with respect to Engines undergoing shop visit

• Monitoring Shop weekly status reports & release of engine from shop
• Keeping track of pick-up of Unserviceable Engines and earliest induction for reducing removal to induction timeline
• Monitoring On-going & shop inducted engines related issues
• Ensuring reliability of LRU and engine related recurring issues is within limits
• Monitoring IFSD rate in coordination with OEM and closing prior events with Flight safety and regulator
• Workscope preparation for shop induction
• Additional jobs allocated on as and when basis
