Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Structures Technicians to join our team, focusing on the heavy maintenance of Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircraft. You will primarily perform C Checks and be involved in line maintenance activities in Calgary and Edmonton. Flexibility is key as you may be required to switch between different maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform C Checks on Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircraft.
- Engage in heavy and line maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
- Work independently or as part of a team of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs).
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Essential Skills- Experience in aircraft maintenance, specifically with Q400, 737NG MAX, or SAAB aircraft.
- Licensed Aircraft Mechanic - Structures or at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience in heavy and line maintenance.
- Current or past holder of RAIC.
- Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Endorsement on Boeing 737 and/or Dash 8 - Q400 is a plus.
- Experience with Q400 and 737 aircraft.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment
Work in a hangar environment performing heavy maintenance checks alongside a team. Shifts operate on a 5/5/4 rotation from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Line maintenance facilities run 24-hour shifts, requiring flexibility. The work environment supports teamwork and collaborative efforts, ensuring a professional and inclusive atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
