Job Title: Structures MechanicJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700s and Embraer 145s. This role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft, reducing the seating from 70 to 50 by expanding first and business class. Additionally, you will perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on CRJ 900s.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700s and Embraer 145s.
- Execute interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft to adjust seat configurations.
- Conduct MRO on CRJ 900s.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.
- Maintain safety and quality standards during voluntary and unlimited overtime.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.
- Proficiency with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.
- Experience with Part 121 and heavy maintenance (C and D checks).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.
Work EnvironmentWork in a non-climate-controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed. Flexible scheduling includes 4x10s or 3x12s shifts, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available, while maintaining safety and quality standards. All blueprints and drawings are provided on tablets.
