Truestone is seeking Electronics Maintenance Technician I personnel to support shipboard electronics maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and testing in support of Shipboard Electronics Support Services (SESS) under the CTII contract. This role supports senior technicians and engineers in maintaining operational readiness of critical shipboard C4ISR and communications systems during Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH).

Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on shipboard electronics systems under supervision
Assist with troubleshooting of power, signal, and connectivity issues in C4ISR and communications systems
Support installation, modification, and repair of electronics equipment, cabling, and associated infrastructure
Execute multipin connector terminations and cable maintenance IAW NAVSEA standards
Assist with system testing, verification, and documentation
Read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work packages (SCDs, LARs, CTWDs)
Maintain compliance with shipyard safety, QA, and tool control requirements
Support generation of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) as required
Qualifications
2–4 years of electronics maintenance or installation experience in DoD, shipboard, industrial, or field environments
Basic understanding of shipboard electronics systems and maintenance practices
OSHA 10 certification
Experience with connectors, cabling, and basic electronic test equipment (DMMs, continuity testers, etc.)
Ability to obtain CAC / Public Trust and shipyard access
Preferred / Highly Desired Qualifications:Prior shipboard experience (CVN, LHD, LHA, DDG, or submarine)
NAVSEA cableway installation or maintenance experience
Multipin connector certification or equivalent hands-on experience
Fiber optic maintenance or installation experience (bonus, not required)
Previous NIWC, CTII, or PEO C4I program exposure
