Sheet Metal Worker

PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Sheet Metal Worker in Wichita, Kansas.
 
Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker
Job Type: Full time; contract (6 months)
Schedule: Onsite 5:00 AM - 03:30 PM Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Location: Wichita, KS 67215
Pay: $23.72-$31.31 per hour

What youll be doing:

• Build various sheet metal parts and assemblies based on blueprints, work orders, templates, and instructions.

• Use your judgement to make minor decisions and ensure projects meet specifications.

• Help create shop aids, jigs, and fixtures for assembling new sheet metal structures.

• Operate various tools and equipment, including measuring instruments (calipers, protractors, micrometers) and power equipment (drills, rivet guns, saws, presses, brakes, shears).

• Take responsibility for the quality of your own work.

Bonus points if you have:

• An FAA Airframe License (preferred)

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
