We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Modification Mechanics to support the RAPCON-X program—an advanced ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) aircraft modification effort. This role involves structural modifications, fabrication, and installation of complex airframe assemblies on military-configured platforms.

- 53/hr - 2nd shift
- 48/hr - 1st shift
- 43/hr + 10% differential for 2nd shift - lower level mechanics
- OT rate 1.5x

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform structural modifications, repairs, and installations on special mission aircraft in accordance with engineering drawings and technical data.
- Fabricate, fit, drill, deburr, and install aircraft sheet metal components such as skins, bulkheads, doublers, stiffeners, and brackets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, structural repair manuals (SRMs), and engineering change orders.
- Execute precision layout, hole preparation, and fastener installation using rivets, hi-locks, and other structural hardware.
- Operate sheet metal equipment such as shears, brakes, and rivet guns safely and effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation of modification activities in compliance with FAA, military, and OEM requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and program leadership to ensure structural integrity and mission readiness.
