PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Provide supervision and technical assistance to the FalconCare administration group.
Assist with the review and processing of claims and related documents.
Negotiate with service providers as necessary to resolve any invoicing disputes.
Responsible for customer follow-up to ensure timely resolution of any invoicing or coverage disputes and to control associated costs.
Analyze expense elements to focus company attention on cost saving areas.
Coordinate and assist as needed with support personnel (Spares Account Reps, Field Technical Reps, Help Desk, and Engineering Support) to ensure the proper level of customer support.
Provide required FalconCare / Warranty coverage and procedures training to DFJ personnel, customers, and service center staff.
Manage the flight activity underutilization program and billing.
Act as liaison for implementing SAP updates.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4 years college degree or equivalent aviation related experience
5 years of experience in an aviation related customer support position including technical and commercial responsibilities
2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups to keep schedules and deadlines
Excellent PC and Microsoft office products knowledge
Self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Making recommendations for increased dispatch reliability and cost efficient maintenance.
Periodic reviews of in-service aircraft
Other duties as assigned by management.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
Hands-on business jet experience
Aviation Management Experience
B. S. Aviation Related Studies
Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles
French/English Bilingual
Experience with SAP

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Office environment
Occasional travel for meetings with customers, vendors, and Dassault in France
Occasional overtime/weekend work to meet deadlines
