Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Quality Control Inspectors for our repair station located in Georgetown, DE. The role involves working on BBJ 737 Aircraft and requires experience with return to service paperwork. This position is integral to ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft through meticulous inspection procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of BBJ 737 Aircraft to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards.
- Prepare and manage return to service paperwork efficiently.
- Utilize inspection aides, test equipment, and techniques to assess aircraft quality.
- Provide training and guidance to the Inspection staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Engage in effective written and verbal communication to document and report inspection findings.
- Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality control issues.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation while multitasking various inspection duties.
- Commit to working extended hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a QC Inspector in a Repair Station.
- Proven experience in returning aircraft to service.
- Proficiency in using inspection aides and test equipment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking capabilities.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with various aircraft models including Boeing and Airbus series such as 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, 787, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, A380.
- Familiarity with FAA Form 337 and airworthiness standards.

Work Environment
The role takes place in a hangar/outside environment with both 1st and 2nd shift schedules available. Candidates need to be open to working either shift, with the majority expected to work the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, or alternatively the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
