* 1st shift training period, then 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) or 3rd shift
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
* Pay Rate: $37.23 - $41.36 Hourly Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1 or more years of experience working with tools and following work instructions
* Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office applications
* Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals if needed
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience in the inspection of parts, components, assemblies, or units
* 1 or more years’ experience in soldering and assembling equipment components
* 1 or more years’ experience using handheld tools and/or power tools
* Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications
* 1 or more years working under a microscope Job Duties & Functions
* Assists with the disassembly of system components to support failure correction and modifications
* Assists with troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults
* Repairs or replaces faulty mechanical and electrical components
* Performs validation and verification testing of systems and components
* Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications
