• Inspect and Certify: Conduct and document NDT on rotating hardware to ensure product conformance.
• Process Mastery: Utilize FPI, EC, UT, and Radiographic methods to process products.
• Mentor and Train: Guide and mentor Trainees/Level 1 NDT technicians.
• Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, or equipment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with peers, engineers, and internal customers to resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Maintain Standards: Keep a clean work environment in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Support Culture: Contribute to a business culture that supports our overall objectives and goals.
• Safety First: Ensure a safe workplace and protect the environment by adhering to company policies and government regulations.

• Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in NDT processes (Eddy Current, Fluorescent Penetrant, Radiographic, and Ultrasonic) and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

• Classroom training in NDT of metallic and/or nonmetallic materials.
• Approved hours of on-the-job training and/or certification.
• Experience with Titanium and FAA repair stations.
• Project/Program Management skills.
• Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent.

• Exciting Work Environment: Focus on engine fan blades for both commercial airlines and the military.
• Competitive Compensation:$28 - $35 an hour.
• Great Hours:1st shift - 6:45 am - 3:15 pm.
