What Youll Do:- Inspect and Certify: Conduct and document NDT on rotating hardware to ensure product conformance.
- Process Mastery: Utilize FPI, EC, UT, and Radiographic methods to process products.
- Mentor and Train: Guide and mentor Trainees/Level 1 NDT technicians.
- Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, or equipment.
- Collaborate: Work closely with peers, engineers, and internal customers to resolve manufacturing process issues.
- Maintain Standards: Keep a clean work environment in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Support Culture: Contribute to a business culture that supports our overall objectives and goals.
- Safety First: Ensure a safe workplace and protect the environment by adhering to company policies and government regulations.
What You Bring:- Education: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in NDT processes (Eddy Current, Fluorescent Penetrant, Radiographic, and Ultrasonic) and 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Classroom training in NDT of metallic and/or nonmetallic materials.
- Approved hours of on-the-job training and/or certification.
- Experience with Titanium and FAA repair stations.
- Project/Program Management skills.
- Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent.
