Position Summary:
The maintenance technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and construction of mechanical equipment and systems on the plant. Such equipment includes, but is not limited to hydraulic presses, steam hammers, furnaces, boilers, manipulators, CNC machines, and gantries. The millwright will interact with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, gas and water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and all plant machinery, equipment, facilities and other installations. Be familiar with pneumatic and hydraulics to read simple prints and sketches.
- Make repairs and adjustment or replacement of worn or defective parts.
- Have the ability to do common methods of rigging and handling of heavy machinery of parts safely.
- Knowledge of piping for steam, air, gas, water, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with tools such as threaders, drills, and saws.
- Perform general building and electrical repairs involved with mechanical work.
Experience and Requirements:
- 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the forging industry.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic
- Able to lift 35lb
- Experience with reading blueprints and sketches
- Strong work ethic

The range of pay for this role is $23 to $35 US Dollar (USD) this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays, with three (3) additional PTO days (personal, floating, and birthday). Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
