Anexcellent career opportunity is available for a Maintenance Mechanic -Level 2, located at UOPs Research and Pilot Plant facility in Des Plaines, IL.

Jobresponsibilities include repair and service of pumps, compressors, seals,packing and bearings to support R&D Pilot Plant and laboratory facilities; and working with all types of hand tools to complete troubleshooting, repairs,preventative maintenance, and/or modifications to equipment. You will beexpected to complete all work using safe work practices as defined byHoneywell.
While the job is basedout of the Des Plaines, IL facility, must be capable of working at our McCookfacility if the site requires support. 

The annual base salary range for this position is <$min 55000.00 - $mid 68800.00 >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. _{*High School Diploma or GED is required.}

_{*Able to follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
*Working knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, seals, packing, and bearings.}

_{*Experience and skill working with hand tools.
*Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, work on elevated platforms as well as climb ladders and portable lifts.}
