Maintenance Centre Civil Field Technician

Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. Our experienced teams partner with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing spanets.

What will I be doing?
Carrying out level 1 to 3 maintenance activities on Safran Helicopter Engines and Modules on or off-site by taking into account Quality, Cost, Turnaround time and customer satisfaction from initial inspection up to release.

Job Requirements:

What do you need from me?
• A Minimum of 5 years experience working on Gas Turbine Engines

• Indentured apprenticeship in Aeronautical engineering or similar formal
qualification.

• Maintain a high consistency of quality standard output

• Produce accurate engine reporting and release documentation

• Demonstrate fluency in English

• Able to deal with internal and external customers on a technical level

• Be flexible with regards to working and training routines as directed

• Exhibit an ability to work unsupervised and operate to stringent timescales and targets

• Self-motivated and continually looking to improve standards and practices

• Be able to integrate and synthesize a large number of information coming from multiple sources
