Job Title: Line Technician
Job Description
The Line Technician plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, working directly under the guidance of the Line Service Supervisor and/or Manager. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in team settings, and are driven by customer service. The role involves interacting professionally and courteously with pilots, crew, and passengers while performing various duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain fuel inventory records.
- Marshal, fuel, tow, and service aircraft.
- Meet and assist customers arriving and departing.
- Clean and maintain hangar floors.
- Assist customers in loading and offloading luggage, catering, and trash.
- Conduct airfield inspections and coordinate airport operation activities.
- Oversee hangar operations and perform rapid refueling.
- Assist with off/on loading of cargo aircraft.
- Assist with customs and handling international trash.
- Accept and test fuel loads.
- Perform light servicing of aircraft, such as widescreen cleaning or oil.
- Clean and maintain all ground handling equipment, airport, and customer vehicles.
Essential Skills
- Experience in aviation and customer service.
- Line Service experience from an FBO or similar aviation experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Skills in aircraft towing, forklift operation, and aircraft fueling.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gary, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
