You will be responsible for performing both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established inspection criteria for several important components of Boeing aircraft, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections and end-of-line inspections for aircraft components.
• Ensure adherence to established inspection criteria.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality standards.
• Report and document inspection findings accurately.

• Proficiency in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.
• Experience with aircraft inspection and aircraft sheet metal.
• At least 2 years of aviation sheet metal experience OR 2 years of aviation inspection experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with aerospace standards.
• Familiarity with calibrated inspection tools.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and processes.
• Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.

The role offers the opportunity to advance into trainer, lead, or other roles. Mileage to and from work is reimbursed, providing financial support for commuting expenses.

Work Environment

Join a team of 80 employees working 24/7 across three shifts. Positions are available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift operates from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11 PM, and the 3rd shift from Monday to Friday, 10 PM – 6:30 AM. Weekend overtime is offered, with the expectation of working at least one day every other week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
