Job Description:

The ideal A&P Mechanic candidate should have training or experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing both routine and complex maintenance on a variety of airframe types. Experience or training with piston engine (General Aviation) aircrafts is highly desired.

  • Perform routine to advanced maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, and in compliance with FAA guidelines
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records
  • Perform aircraft run-ups and taxis
  • Comply with safety rules and procedures. Use protective equipment as required and be alert for unsafe conditions.
  • Conduct tests and troubleshooting to ensure operational reliability
  • Adhere to all FAA guidelines and company standards of quality
  • May be occasionally required to travel to complete maintenance at other locations as needed
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid and current A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant)
  • At least 1 year of previous maintenance experience and/or trade school education in the aircraft maintenance field
  • Experience and/or training on piston engine (General Aviation) aircraft
  • Possess personal set of basic aircraft maintenance tools (specialty tools would be provided)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass an FAA records check, and A&P License verification.
